Homebrew Log is a free hobby project for keeping track of home brews. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Age

You must be over the legal drinking age in the country or area where you live to use Homebrew Log. By using it you confirm that you are.

Brewing is at your own risk

Recipes, notes and calculations on the site, including the estimated ABV, are for general hobby use only. I can't promise they're accurate, safe or suitable for you.

You're responsible for your own brewing: your ingredients, equipment, hygiene, storage, what you drink, and following the law where you live.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Homebrew Log and its owner aren't liable for any loss or harm arising from:

• using, or misusing, recipes or brewing information
• illness, injury, allergic reactions, contamination or damage to property
• mistakes or missing information
• losing data or access, or the site being unavailable

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantees.

Your content

The brews and notes you add are yours. You give Homebrew Log permission to store and show them to you so the site can work. Please don't add anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

Accounts

Signing in is handled by Google. I may suspend or close an account without notice if that's needed to protect the site or other people using it.

Availability

I can't promise the site will always be available, free of errors, or work on every device and browser. Exporting your brews now and then is a good way to keep your own copy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.

Changes

These terms may change. If they do, the date at the top will change too, and carrying on using the site means you accept the new version. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
